Filipino-American KC “Pinay Fight” Carlos is nothing but excited to show off her precise striking as she is set to make her ONE debut.
Currently training at Phuket Top Team and Heritage Muay Thai, the former Chalong Boxing Stadium Champion will be taking her talents to ONE and is excited about her first bout.
The 33-year-old decorated MMA fighter will be squaring off against Wondergirl Fairtex in one of the most highly-anticipated strawweight clashes in ONE history.
“I am a very dedicated and hard-working athlete who does not give up. I’ve been through some very rough times in my life, but I refused to let any of that stop me from what I wanted to achieve. I love what I do, and I believe that passion shows in my training and fighting,” said Carlos.
Also, Carlos said that she is excited to deliver a win to her Filipino fans not only in Thailand but also in the PH, promising to strive hard and let everyone be proud of her journey.
“To all the Filipino fans out there, no matter what the situation is, don’t give up. Believe in yourselves and keep going. We all have a purpose, so we need to show it,” Carlos added.
Carlos and Fairtex will meet inside the ring this coming August 28 at ONE: A New Breed to be held in Bangkok.
