BACOLOD City – A man was intercepted for alleged illegal possession of a suspected shabu during a check-up point at Barangay 6, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental on Thursday.

Police identified the suspect as Nicole Duller, 25, of the said village.

Police records showed that barangay watchmen were manning a barangay border control check-up point when Duller passed by them, claiming he will deliver medicine to a friend waiting nearby.
