When asked what is her secret to keeping the fire burning in the industry for more than a decade now, Max shared the importance of respect, “Throughout the years, as a Kapuso I’ve learned how important it is to give each project so much love, and how to give my co-workers, the staff, and the network the same respect that I give my own family members.”
