MILO Philippines and the Department of Education (DepEd) decided to bring exercise programs online, much to the excitement of students.

MILO aims to make sure that the students under online classes are still able to engage in physical activities to improve fitness and health.

The program is named “Milo Champion Habit” and will bring programmed exercises to elementary students.

Milo Sports Executive Luigi Pumaren states that the videos will be uploaded to Milo’s Youtube channel.

“The program focuses on developing speed, agility, strength, and power. It’s an exercise that can turn into a habit,” said Pumaren.

Joel Erestain of DepEd graced the online forum in behalf of Undersecretary Tonisito Umali. He is excited for this project with Milo.

“The best way to fight back against the virus is by being healthy and staying healthy. We want to instil the habit of daily exercise among our youth,” shared Erestain.
