More government agencies have signified their intention to join the inter-agency basketball tournament planned by the Iloilo City Sports Development Division under Executive Assistant for Sports Rudiver Jungco Sr.
With the aim of creating a certain bond between different agencies in Iloilo, Jungco emphasized that the basketball tournament is all for them, for their own good.
“Ang basketball tournament nga ini is for them para man mas makilala nila ang isa kag isa, para maging close sila and para ang transactions between two companies will be manageable and convenient. The main goal is for the employees of these agencies to be close,” Jungco told Daily Guardian.
The format will be divided into two categories, those agencies classified as armed, and those un-armed.
Different teams such as the City Government team, Bureau of Fire Protection, City Health Office, Department of Education, PNP, LTO, among others, have expressed their interest in the games.
