Manny V. Pangilinan (MVP) recently announced that once COVID-19 vaccines will be made available in the market, he will help purchase and distribute them to UAAP schools.

With his companies Smart and Cignal being partners of the UAAP, MVP did not hesitate in lending a hand to the league to make sure that the players are safe from the virus.

“If we could procure a vaccine, we will try to get for you. We could certainly allocate some to the UAAP,” said MVP.

Because of the pandemic, all eight UAAP schools decided to strictly observe their “no face-to-face classes” and “no play” rules.

The development of some promising vaccines ready for distribution will indeed be a huge boost for the country and will help get everything back to normal.

As soon as any vaccine is made available for the Philippines, MVP will manage the distribution to all eight UAAP schools and some for Cignal.
