Manuel Kurt Daquiado Yasa, 16, hails from the sugar bowl of the country, Negros Occidental.
His passion to be on the fashion runway was stirred after he romped away with the title Mr. Arellano University 2023 Junior High School Division last May 2023.
For him it was a turning point in his life, though.
He would have wanted to be a pilot so he can travel from country to country, but the fashion world promises to open opportunities where he can do more.
Macky as he is called by friends and peers loves music and can play the guitar and is more passionate on song writing.
He is also an aspiring actor and has started to take acting lessons to hone his skills under Direk Dave Cecilio of Cinecilio Films and TVC World Channel 8.
It was all Take One for Macky as far as his scenes were concern.
In everything he does, he puts his heart into it.

Macky entered the fashion world after he met Bench Bello, the editor of Young Faces To Watch Magazine & Ganap International Fashion Magazine and the CEO of Manila International Fashion Week.
He was then scheduled for photoshoot for the May 2023 & June 2023 edition of the Young Faces To Watch Magazine.
In the slated, The Great Denim Show on July 27, 2023 at Grand Carousel of Star City, Macky will be among the young faces of models that will showcase designs of international designers, but surely, he will stand out.
