BACOLOD City – An alleged drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation that yielded 50 grams of suspected shabu worth P150,000 at Purok Magnolia, Barangay 7 here last Wednesday.

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) -6 Regional Special Enforcement Team (RSET) Bravo identified the subject as Rizalde Feria.

Agent Alvin Clemente, team leader of PDEA-RSET Bravo, said the suspect was subjected to a two-week monitoring following information about his alleged illegal drug transaction, according to Clemente.

Police also recovered from him the P500 marked money.

Clemente said the suspect was arrested for a drug offense in 2017 and was later released after serving his sentence in jail.

He said the suspect was also included in the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) watchlist.

This means that he was also being monitored by the barangay, Clemente added.

Clemente said the suspect was also allegedly involved in robbery hold-up, basag-kotse (car theft), and akyat-bahay (burgalry) incidents here, he added.
