BACOLOD City – Seven persons, including a minor were arrested in four separate buy-bust operations here and in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental from September 23 to 24.
Arrested last Monday at Barangay 30 here were Patrick Paje, 25, of the said village; and a 16-year-old boy of Barangay Villamonte.
Police recovered from the two suspects five sachets of suspected shabu weighing 15 grams worth P180,000, and the P200 marked money.
Paje is detained at Police Station 2 while the minor-suspect was turned over to the Social Development Center.
Also arrested that day at Barangay Handumanan here was Ricarte Delfin, 38, of the said village after police seized from him five sachets of suspected shabu worth P12,000, and the P300 marked money.
Delfin, a high value target is detained at Police Station 10.
The following day, Roger Francelizo was arrested at Barangay Villamonte here after police confiscated from him five sachets of suspected shabu worth P39,000, the P500 marked money, and P600 cash. He is detained at Police Station 4.
In Kabankalan City, target subject Marvin Diancin, 41, of Barangay Taculing here, Romrex Torrecampo, 26, of Himamaylan City; and Adolfo Bico, 28, of Barangay Singcang-Airport here were arrested inside a pension house at Barangay 4 last Tuesday.
Police seized from him 10 sachets of suspected shabu worth P35,000, four cellular phones, P1,042 cash, the P100 marked money, and drug paraphernalia.
The three suspects are newly-identified drug personalities.
