Personal Collection (PC), a leading direct selling and consumer goods company in the Philippines, recently garnered significant accolades at the 2024 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, affirming its commitment to sustainable practices and innovative product development.

PC received the prestigious Gold Stevie Award in the Social Impact Company category for its #GreenLifeGreatLife movement, which underpins its sustainable operations.

The movement includes a range of eco-friendly initiatives such as transitioning to biodegradable packaging, reducing electricity and water usage, improving distribution efficiency, and minimizing fuel consumption and carbon emissions.

Furthermore, the company has surpassed its 2023 goal by co-processing over 98 tons of plastic waste, in line with the Philippines’ Extended Producer Responsibility Act of 2022.

In addition to its environmental efforts, PC’s dedication to product innovation was recognized with a Bronze Stevie Award for Excellence in Innovation in Consumer Products for its White Dove with DreamScentz™ Technology.

The innovative fragrance technology is clinically proven to help babies achieve longer and more restful sleep, enhancing the product’s appeal to Filipino families.

“We’re deeply honored to receive awards for White Dove with DreamScentz™ Technology and our #GreenLifeGreatLife Movement. These recognitions belong to our employees, dealers, partners, and customers. Thank you for believing in our innovative efforts and our mission to make a difference now and for future generations,” said Leejay Evangelista, Chairman of Environment, Social & Governance Committee, during his acceptance speech at the 2024 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards Night held at Shangri-La The Fort.

PC’s achievements extend beyond environmental and product innovation as it was also recognized as one of the Philippines’ Best Employers in 2024 by the Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista.

The accolade reflects PC’s inclusive and empowering workplace culture, which focuses on the well-being and growth of its employees.

Initiatives such as extending health benefits and group life insurance to all employees, including those from the LGBTQIA+ community, and streamlining internal processes for greater efficiency, highlight PC’s commitment to its workforce.

“Part of our values here at PC is people development. We are passionate about helping our employees grow and reach their fullest potential. Because we want them to also reach the ‘Great Life,'” emphasized Ruby Jaucian, Senior Vice President of HROD and Chief People Officer.

The Best Employers list, created by the Philippine Daily Inquirer in collaboration with Statista, evaluates employer attractiveness based on extensive evaluations and employee opinions, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of company performance.
