The Petro Gazz management spent their offseason dealing acquisitions and that move paid off big time as they were able to sign Gretchel Soltones, Jerrili Malabanan, and veteran setter Ivy Perez.

The experience and the leadership the three veterans can bring are the main reasons why Petro Gazz acquired them before the start of the 2020 Premier Volleyball League.

The wing duo of Soltones and Malabanan are making their comeback in the PVL after their stint in the PSL as the main gunners for PLDT.

Before taking their talents to the PSL, both Soltones and Malabanan carried BaliPure to three straight PVL finals appearances.

On the other hand, it will be Perez’s first time to play in the PVL after her astonishing PSL career, garnering the best setter of the PSL award and was a vital piece in the Foton championship run.

Coach Arnold Laniog, Petro Gazz’s head coach, is expecting immediate impact upon the arrival of the three veterans to his team.
