The Rotary Club of Bacolod in partnership with Prime Water Corporation and Interact Club of Bacolod Holy Family High School Chapter initiated a tree planting activity on Nov 6, 2021 at Campuestohan Brgy. Cabatangan, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
37 Rotary Club of Bacolod Life Changing officers, members led by President Pauline Cuaycong and Interactors headed by Club Adviser Kizzer Alejandro & President Kate Orense, Management and volunteers from Prime Water Corporation participated in the tree planting activity.
The Tree Planting activity 2021 is a continuing project in line with Rotary’s 7th Area of Focus – “Supporting the Environment” and as part of the Club’s goal to plant at least 888 trees this Rotary Year 2021/2022.
The “Plant Today for a Greener Tomorrow” tree planting project is an investment which the Rotary Club of Bacolod will pursue by putting its time and resources into the environment and to touch the lives of the stakeholders and the communities benefitting the said initiative.
