PMA to hold entrance exams in weekend

BACOLOD City – The Philippine Military Academy (PMA) will conduct its nationwide simultaneous entrance examination at STI-West Negros University here on August 25.

Captain Dexter Gonzales, corps of professors, along with two first class cadets of the PMA, paid a courtesy call to Brigadier General Benedict Arevalo, Army commander of 303rd Infantry Brigade (IBde) at Camp Gerona headquarters in Barangay Minoyan, Murcia, Negros Occidental last Thursday.

The PMA entrance examination will be conducted on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the said university.

Qualified to take the examination are those who have graduated from high school or college, aged 17 to 22 years old, single, male or female.

Meanwhile, Grade 12 students may also take the exam provided that they graduate before June 1, 2020.

Interested applicants may proceed to the said university for the processing of entrance exam permits on August 24, between 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Applicants should bring along with them the following: two copies of 2×2 ID with white background, birth certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority, transcript of records for college graduate, and student’s report card for high school graduate.
