PNB Holdings Corp. (PHC), a subsidiary of Philippine National Bank (PNB), has launched the second phase of its GROW with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition implementation, called Project Cosmos.
In partnership with delaware Philippines, a global ICT solutions provider and SAP partner, the initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and integrate real-time data across PHC’s real estate operations.
Building on the success of Phase 1, Project Stellar, which focused on automating and standardizing processes for financials, procurement, property maintenance, and project systems, Project Cosmos seeks to modernize both backend and frontend systems. The goal is to enable seamless, data-driven operations aligned with PHC’s growth strategy.
“By adopting GROW with SAP, we are addressing unique real estate challenges while ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency. With delaware’s expertise, we are confident this initiative will bring lasting value to our business and stakeholders,” said PHC Chief Operating Officer Joselito R. Consunji.
Project Cosmos commenced in December 2024. The first track of Phase 2 is set to go live in January 2025, with the second track following in April 2025. The project will conclude with system stabilization and final sign-offs.
PHC Chief Financial Officer Maryknoll B. Zamora emphasized that Project Cosmos represents more than a system upgrade—it reflects PHC’s commitment to digital transformation.
“Our partnership with delaware underscores our shared goal of achieving operational excellence. GROW with SAP equips us with the tools to simplify processes, enhance decision-making, and achieve sustainable growth,” Zamora said.
Rosette Carrao, Partner and Managing Director of delaware Philippines, shared similar sentiments. “This collaboration demonstrates our dedication to guiding businesses like PHC through their digital transformation journey. We’re proud to support PHC as they adopt GROW with SAP to optimize operations and prepare for future challenges,” she said.
Through Project Cosmos, PHC expects to gain a fully integrated and automated system, ensuring accurate data, improved workflows, and better decision-making capabilities. This technology aims to empower the real estate company to meet its strategic objectives and maintain its position as an industry leader.
The project’s kickoff event featured a ceremonial launch and team-building session involving PHC and delaware members, emphasizing collaboration and trust as key elements for success.
“As the preferred SAP implementation partner, delaware is committed to PHC’s success. We look forward to seeing how this technology will help PHC meet its strategic goals and remain competitive in the real estate market,” said Simone Pigason, Senior Vice President for Customer Success at delaware Philippines.
As PHC drives innovation in the real estate sector, delaware Philippines remains a critical partner, providing expertise and support to achieve PHC’s business and digital transformation objectives.
