PNB Holdings Corporation (PHC), a real estate developer under the Lucio Tan Group, has partnered with delaware Philippines to implement SAP S/4HANA GROW, aiming to transform its business processes.
The collaboration is part of PHC’s broader strategy to modernize its operations and comply with the Bureau of Internal Revenue’s (BIR) requirements for large taxpayers by automating its accounting system by year-end.
PHC President Ms. Karlu T. Say expressed the company’s commitment to embracing digital transformation.
“The adoption of SAP S/4HANA is poised to yield significant benefits for PHC. With automated processes that would minimize the likelihood of human error, the new system will enhance operational efficiency and facilitate better decision-making. Moreover, we will have a ‘future-ready’ ERP system capable of adapting to evolving business requirements, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth,” Ms. Say said.
The SAP S/4HANA GROW Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution will streamline PHC’s financial, procurement, and inventory processes.
PHC Chief Financial Officer Maryknoll B. Zamora emphasized the importance of this technology for the company’s future success.
“With delaware as the implementation partner, we adopted SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW with SAP) as a solution to these requirements. By implementing this technology, we are confident that we will have a robust and flexible ERP system that simplifies our internal processes and positions us for future success,” Zamora said.
The implementation of the computerized accounting system (CAS) was completed within a 26-week timeframe, reflecting delaware’s efficiency and commitment.
Partner and Delivery Head of delaware, Rosette Carrao, highlighted this achievement.
“We are proud to have successfully deployed CAS as Phase 1 of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation for PHC within the committed timeframe. The implementation, completed in just 26 weeks, reflects delaware’s dedication to delivering results efficiently and effectively,” Carrao noted.
Simone Pigason, delaware Senior Vice President for Customer Success, underscored the project’s significance in the real estate sector.
“For us in delaware, our collaboration with PHC and the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA GROW represents a pivotal moment in their pursuit of operational excellence. We are proud to have played a key role in this transformative journey and look forward to continuing our collaboration to drive innovation and sustainable growth,” Pigason said.
PHC’s roadmap includes addressing its Real Estate operational requirements this year, further leveraging SAP S/4HANA to drive innovation and accelerate business growth.
