The Philippine National Police Academy will conduct Cadet Admission Test (CAT) on Oct 29 to 30, 2022 at Iloilo National High School in La Paz, Iloilo City and Bacolod City National High School in Taculing, Bacolod City from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A total of 1,458 individuals will take the exam – 965 in Iloilo City and 493 in Bacolod City.
Health protocols will be strictly observed during the examination such as observance of physical distancing and the wearing of face masks.
Examinees are advised to bring with them 70% alcohol and their own pens, pencils and erasers.
The PNPA cadetship program is a government scholarship program.
It is a 4-year education and training program leading to Bachelor of Science in Public Safety. Graduates of this course will be appointed as Police Lieutenants in the PNP, Jail Inspectors in the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology and Fire Inspectors in the Bureau of Fire Protection.
