Prime Video to Premiere ‘The Divorce Insurance’ March 31

Prime Video is set to premiere the South Korean romantic comedy series “The Divorce Insurance” on March 31, 2025, available in the Philippines and over 240 other countries and territories.

The series features a star-studded cast, including Lee Dong-wook, Lee Joo-been, Lee Kwang-soo, and Lee Da-hee.

The storyline centers on Noh Ki-jun, portrayed by Lee Dong-wook, an insurance expert aiming to develop a divorce insurance product. Despite his prestigious background, Ki-jun has endured three divorces, leaving him financially strained. Determined to assist others in similar situations, he collaborates with his team to assess the costs associated with divorce, leading to personal growth and insights into love.

Kang Han-deul, played by Lee Joo-been, is a woman who, after enduring five years of mistreatment from her in-laws, decides to divorce and reinvent herself. She joins Ki-jun’s company, bringing a fresh perspective to the team. Lee Kwang-soo’s character, An Jeon-man, is a cautious individual and longtime friend of Ki-jun. Despite his reserved nature, Jeon-man becomes intrigued by the concept of divorce insurance. Jeon Na-rae, portrayed by Lee Da-hee, values her independence and, after a past divorce, is drawn to Ki-jun’s innovative project.

Directed by Lee Won-seok, known for films like “Killing Romance” and “The Royal Tailor,” and written by Lee Tae-yoon of “Secret Royal Inspector & Joy” fame, the series promises a blend of humor and heartfelt moments.
