The Rain or Shine Elastopainters announced that they will be slapping big man Beau Belga with more sanctions after finding out that he is involved in other ligang labas stints.

Through their further investigation following Belga’s involvement in a ligang labas brawl together with extra rice pal JR Quiñahan of the NLEX Road Warriors, the Elastopainters found out that their superstar center also played in Davao and Laguna other than Cebu.

From only a six-day suspension without salary, Rain or Shine elevated its sanction to a 15-day suspension without pay.

“Rain or Shine management has concluded its internal investigation and found that Beau Belga breached his PBA Uniform Players’ Contract by participating in exhibition games in Cebu, Davao, and Laguna,” announced the team.

Participating in any ligang libas game is strictly prohibited by the PBA with the player being levied heavy penalties.

According to the PBA rule book, automatic game suspensions shall be given to the player but the extent will vary.

The PBA through commissioner Willie Marcial then announced that they’ve been notified of the incident at Cebu involving their players and immediately said that he will be summoning both Quiñahan and Belga to his office.

Several days ago, a video posted on Facebook quickly went viral after Quiñahan was seen throwing hands at a foreign import of the opposing team in a ligang labas game in Cebu last weekend.

Meanwhile, seconds after seeing his pal Quiñahan get hit by multiple punches, Belga rushed to the import and threw the ball directly at his head.
