ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Police on Monday, July 20, arrested one of the top ten most wanted persons in Roxas City.
The Roxas City PNP and Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) served the warrant of arrest against Joemar James Dadivas, 26, of Hermano Subd., Barangay Punta Tabuc here for the crime of rape.
The Warrant of Arrest was issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 16 Judge Kristine Tiangco-Vinculado on July 16, 2020 with no bail.
Meanwhile, a 33-year-old woman wanted for estafa was also arrested by police Monday morning at Sitio Kalubihan, Barangay Tanque here.
Joan Banaybanay did not resist when the police served her warrant of arrest issued by the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 1 on July 14, 2020.
The court recommended P12,000 bail for her temporary liberty.
