Riverside Topnotchers Rewarded with Cash Incentives

BACOLOD CITY – Riverside College-Bacolod (RCB) awarded cash incentives to its topnotchers as it proudly celebrated the exceptional achievements of its alumni, who brought pride and honor to the institution.

Raymund Carlo Masbaño received a PHP 300,000 cash incentive for placing first in the December 2024 Physical Therapist Licensure Exam (PTLE).

Masbaño, a resident of Barangay Granada in Bacolod, garnered a 90.55 percent rating in the exam.

The college also recognized topnotchers from the December Radiologic Technologists Licensure Examination for their outstanding performance.

Queensyl Joy Nimes Lapno ranked sixth, Marjorie Erellana Balontong placed seventh, and Debbie Marie Entila Garceniego secured 10th place.

Lapno earned a 91.80 percent rating, while Balontong and Garceniego achieved 91.60 percent and 91 percent ratings, respectively.

Lapno received a PHP 50,000 cash incentive, while Balontong was awarded PHP 45,000.

“These incredible achievements were made possible by their unwavering dedication, countless hours of hard work, and passion,” the school shared in a Facebook post.

The school emphasized that these successes reflect not only the topnotchers’ brilliance and determination but also Riverside College’s commitment to quality education and fostering excellence among its learners.

RCB also celebrated the accomplishments of all board passers, including registered nurses, pharmacists, physical therapists, radiologic technologists, professional teachers, medical technologists, and laboratory technicians.

To honor them, the school treated the passers to a buffet lunch at Vikings in SM City Bacolod on Thursday, Dec. 19.
