ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Police Lieutenant Colonel Ricardo Jomuad Jr. ends his stint as Roxas City Police Station chief today, June 1, 2021, as he moved to his new assignment at the Regional Police Office (PRO)-6 in Iloilo City.
Jomuad was designated as police chief on June 26, 2019 .
He described his assignment here as a big challenge because of the pandemic.
Because of the strong cooperation of the local officials and the residents, the spread of Covid-19 was minimal.
He said the arrest of individuals linked to illegal drugs and other illegal activities and wanted persons were among his notable accomplishments.
His successor is yet to be announced, he said.
