A motorcycle rider found the body of Jomar Jaleco, a resident of El 98 Street, Barangay Desamparados, Jaro district.
Senior Inspector Benjie Ballejera, Arevalo police chief, said the driver directly went to the police station and informed them of his find at the circumferential road in Barangay San Jose, Arevalo.

After several hours, the victims mother, Merlinda, confirmed her sons identity to the police.
Ballejera said they are still looking for suspects and motive behind the killing.
