A purple jersey looks good on you, Mars Alba.

Welcome to the Choco Mucho Flying Titans!

Alba, a part of the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers team that disbanded several weeks ago, just signed a contract with Choco Mucho and is ready to boost the squad in the upcoming Premier Volleyball League (PVL) conference.

The former UAAP Women’s volleyball champion with the De La Salle University (DLSU) will be forming one of the most talented setter duos in the league as she is set to play alongside Deanna Wong, Choco Mucho’s main orchestrator.

Known for her craftiness inside the court and the ability to score despite playing the setter position, Alba will serve as the squad’s stabilizer given the experience and the versatility that she gained with the Cargo Movers.

During her stint with F2 Logistics, Alba was the main setter of the squad and played with Kim Kianna Dy, Majoy Baron, Aby Marano, Ara Galang, Jolina Dela Cruz.

Her mentor, former UAAP and Philippine Superliga (PSL) champion, Kim Fajardo, is now with the PLDT High-Speed Hitters.

Aside from Alba, the Flying Titans also hauled Mean Mendrez and Bia General effective this 2024 PVL season.

The trio of Alba, Mendrez, and General filled in the shoes of Bea De Leon, Denden Lazaro-Revilla, and Caitlyn Viray who were all released by the Flying Titans amid the ongoing PVL free agency fever.

Mendrez, a veteran player from the High-Speed Hitters, will look to bring the much-needed locker room voice for the young Choco Mucho squad.

Meanwhile, General, the former libero of the Cignal HD Spikers, will be teaming up with Thang Ponce who recently received the PVL Best Libero Award of the All-Filipino Conference.

Current holdovers that are still with Choco Mucho are Kat Tolentino, Des Cheng, Sisi Rondina, Maddie Madayag, and Aduke Ogunsanya.
