Si Shaquille Y. De Guzman ay nagtapos ng Bachelor of Bachelor in Applied Deaf Studies at isa siyang multimedia associate, mananaliksik, at konsultant sa pananaliksik sa Filipino Sign Language (FSL).
Si Ginoong De Guzman ay naging bahagi ng NCR Board Member ng 5th Philippine Federation of the Deaf Youth Section; 4th National Deaf Youth Camp and 5th PFDYS General Assembly Head of Media in Deaf Youth Present and Future: Leadership, Empowerment, Inclusion, and Proactive, Volunteer for The Kids; Volunteer, Pinoy Deaf Rainbow, Inc; Promotions Committee Member, 21st Deaf Festival: The Filipino Deaf One Culture One Community; at Volunteer, 19th Deaf Festival: Beyond Extraordinary.
Nagwagi rin si Rommel L. Agravante ng Ikalawang Gantimpala pára sa kaniyang tulang “Ang Kontribusyon at mga Panulat ni Rizal para sa mga Pilipino (The Contribution and Writings of Rizal to the Filipino People)” makatatanggap siyá ng PHP15,000.00 (net) at plake.
