SSS President and CEO Robert Joseph Montes De Claro, Social Security Commissioner Eva B. Arcos, and Taytay, Rizal Mayor Allan Martine S. De Leon led the inauguration of the newly relocated SSS Taytay Service Office on April 28, 2025.

Located on the third floor of the Manila East Arcade II Building in Barangay San Juan, the office sits within the Taytay municipal government complex.

The new office is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and serves SSS members and employers in Taytay and nearby areas.

De Claro said the opening is part of SSS’s continued shift toward becoming a more service-oriented institution.

He emphasized that SSS’s primary role is to deliver valuable services to members and employers across the country.

The Taytay office is the latest in a nationwide rollout of new SSS branches aimed at making transactions easier and improving service accessibility.

“We are very excited to open our new SSS service office in Taytay, Rizal,” De Claro said.

“This new office will bring SSS services closer to our members and employers, especially the many micro and small enterprises in the municipality. We are confident this office will make a meaningful difference in their lives.”

He added that the opening reflects SSS’s commitment to reach and serve members and employers regardless of location.

SSS also expressed gratitude to the Taytay local government for providing rent-free space, funding the renovation, and covering the internet connection for the new office.

The SSS Taytay Service Office spans 75 square meters and can accommodate more than 300 transactions daily.

Services offered include member registration, issuance of employer compliance certificates, submission of membership amendment requests, updates to member records such as name corrections and adding beneficiaries, and compliance with the Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP) program.

The office also features an e-center where members and employers can register for My.SSS, access online services, request password resets, recover user IDs, and update employer profiles.
