Staying indoors to be safe amid the pandemic this summer season is a major assault to our senses and sanity.

As we continue to find secluded and safe havens, keeping even to small family groups while the world slowly gets vaccinated, things gradually begin to relax.
Lots of my close chums who missed our bonding for a year invited me to join them, but I had to turn down their invitations.
First and foremost were my close pal, Angel Alan Celino and family, followed last Holy Week season by no less than topnotch medics Drs. Rollin and wife Ma. Daisy Tabuena, and last but not least was my close buddy and successful business persona Tabs Palomar, who likewise explored the provinces of Antique and Aklan.
One trip that I could not resist was our family adventure to Tapaz , Capiz to explore the hidden Kipot Falls and discover the virgin forest of Sta. Ana Village.
A sumptuous luncheon was later hosted by the amiable couple Felix and Mignon San Felix at their comfortable home.
On the way home, we passed by the highest peak of Tapaz, dubbed “ Abot Langit” mountain where we enjoyed the amazing view of the sky kissing the mountain!
