The plot traveled up north in Season 2 to the royal palace in Hanyang Kingdom’s capital city. Ashin of the North continues the upward movement to the icy, northern areas. At the end of Season 2, Lee Chang’s group traveled north in search of the origins of the resurrection plant, where they met Ashin.
Kingdom: Ashin of the North promises to unravel the mysteries behind Ashin and the origins of the resurrection plant that gave rise to the spread of the infected throughout Joseon.
