BACOLOD City – Police seized 19.3 grams of suspected shabu worth P131,240  from an alleged top 9 drug personality in a buy-bust operation at Barrio Central, Purok Lawaan, Barangay 1, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental last Sunday.

Lieutenant Colonel Jesus Mesahon Jr., city police chief, said the suspect identified as a certain “Bobby” is on the priority target list of “high value individuals” (HVIs) in the city.

Mesahon said the 46-year-old suspect was previously arrested for a drug offense but was later released from jail due to plea bargaining.

Police also confiscated from him a bundle of transparent plastic sachets, two improvised plastic straws, an improvised tooter, P280, and the P500 marked money.
