TP achieves double ISO certifications for all 27 PH sites

Led by Vice President of Facilities & Administration Eduardo Punzalan (sixth from right), TP in the Philippines successfully completed audits by SGS representatives for its ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) certifications.

Teleperformance (TP) in the Philippines, a global leader in digital business services, continues to double down on its commitment as a safe and healthy workplace for all, with the successful renewal of its twin certifications for ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) which was audited by globally acclaimed Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS).

“We are deeply committed to the well-being of our people, and to that end we spare no expense at optimizing our operations. As we have always done, we will continue to adapt and adopt the highest standards and best practices to ensure we drive value and meaningful growth for our employees, clients, stakeholders, and across the communities where we operate,” said Rahul Jolly, Chief Executive Officer of TP in the Philippines.

Safety and Sustainability Certified

Following a two-month audit conducted across multiple sites—TP demonstrated its adherence to internationally recognized best practices. The renewed certifications apply to all 27 TP sites across the Philippines, ensuring consistent standards nationwide.

The ISO 45001:2018 standard sets the bar for managing workplace health and safety, aiming to prevent injuries and illnesses and ensure safe working conditions. While the ISO 14001:2015 standard sets out requirements for an environmental management system, which helps companies reduce their environmental footprint, comply with environmental laws, and achieve their sustainability targets.

“These renewed certifications reinforce our commitment to creating a positive impact for our TP Team members and the communities in which we serve. We always aim to be a leader in responsible business practices and by adhering to these ISO standards, we double down on this commitment” said Jeffrey Johnson, Chief People Officer of TP in the Philippines.

This achievement further strengthens its ability to deliver exceptionally high-value client services while upholding the highest ethical and operational standards.
