With experts’ clamor of using face masks during physical activities still being a hot topic, sports brand Under Armour is trying to change the game with its newest product
The Under Armour Sportsmask, exclusively distributed by the Athletes Pro, confirmed that they will be releasing the masks for athletes in the Philippines.
According to Under Armour, the mask is specifically designed for all the athletes in these times of the pandemic who are encouraged to put on protection from COVID-19.
Going into detail about the Sportsmask, Under Armour emphasized that they have addressed the top concerns about wearing a mask: breathability, comfort, and safety.
The outermost layer of the mask is made of a light “Space Fabric” with air pockets so that the comfort and fit within the nose and mouth will be stable.
A breathable fabric follows through the middle layer for improved breathability, plus the mask is made up of water-resistant material so that sweat won’t be a problem with the mask on.
What’s also amazing about this mask is they address the problem of eyewear users who complain about the fog it creates in their vision once exhaling with a mask on by having a moldable nose bridge.
The price of the Sportsmask will be at 1,395 pesos and is expected to storm the PH market by September.
