Strategically located on a 1.5-hectare property along General Luna in the heart of Iloilo City, Vermillion promises a redefined luxury experience for business and leisure travelers alike.
Now under the visionary leadership of the Sy family, BPRI shares its strong foundation with Brighthall, known for pioneering real estate developments in key business hubs such as Makati, Taguig, and Quezon City.
The Sy family’s legacy began in the 1950s under patriarch Manuel Sy, whose ventures in the steel industry laid the groundwork for diversified investments nationwide—including in Cavite, Pampanga, Iloilo, and Guimaras.
Today, under the dynamic leadership of CEO Nena Sy-Lim, the group continues to innovate while honoring its legacy of excellence.
Formerly known as Sarabia Manor Hotel and later renamed The Mansion in 2017, the newly transformed property has now been reborn as the world-class Vermillion Hotel Iloilo.

The hotel is currently in soft opening, with full operations set to launch this May.
