BACOLOD City – Negros Occidental Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer is the richest member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Negros Occidental, based on a list of their Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN).

The list indicated that Ferrer has a net worth of P106,538,000.

The second richest member of the SP is 5th district board member Rita Gatuslao (P35,790,000), followed by BM Andrew Montelibano of  the 3rd district (P24,330,000)  BM Sixto Teofilo Guanzon of the 2nd district (P16,386,600), BM Valentino Miguel Alonso of the 6th district (P15,345,596);

Ryan Gamboa of the Philippine Councilors League (P10,281,877), Manuel Frederick Ko of then 3rd district (P9,751,292), Samson Mirhan of the 2nd district (P8,999,972), Jose Benito Alonso of the 4th district (P7,430,000), Araceli Somosa of the 1st district (P6,161,700), Romel Debulgado of the 1st district (P5,961,264);

Victor Javellana of the 4th district (P2,442,329), Agustin Ernesto Bascon of the 5th district (P2,226,876), Juvy Pepello of the League of Barangays in the Philippines (P1,525,000), and Jeffrey Tubola of the 6th district (P420,000).

BM Pocholo Yuvienco (Sangguniang Kabataan) is the “poorest” member with P370,000.
