Brigadier General Jack Wanky, the Western Visayas police chief, commended the efforts of the tracker teams. “I encourage them to maintain their dedication. These numbers reflect their commitment and sacrifices in locating these law violators,” he said.
Wanky emphasized that no wanted person can evade capture indefinitely.
“Eventually, the law will catch up with them. To the remaining wanted individuals, come out of hiding and surrender to the authorities,” he urged.
He also called on the families of wanted persons to persuade them to turn themselves in.
