In observance of the Executive Order issued by Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas and the travel restrictions of people within the city, MORE Power encouraged consumers to pay at its payment partner agents.

MORE Power said it has 160 payment partner branches in the city of Iloilo such as BDO, PNB, Landbank, Robinsons Bank, Queenbank, Ok Bank, Metrobank, Union Bank, Palawan Pawnshop, RD Pawnshop, LBC and SM Payment Center.

Consumers can also pay through online banking via BDO, PNB, Robinsons Bank, Landbank, Metrobank, and Dragon Pay online.

Starting June 2, 2021, MORE Power said will temporarily close its Customer Services Office (CASHIER ONLY) in Hotel Del Rio “so kindly avoid going there and instead pay at our third-party payment centers.”

For more information, consumers can call its hotline 330-6673 (330-MORE).

Earlier, Treñas asked MORE Power to temporarily suspend scheduled repairs and rehabilitation works to ensure steady supply of electricity while the MECQ is in effect.
