With the theme “Kaagapay sa paglinang ng manlalarong Pinoy,” the Western Visayas Private Schools’ Athletic Association (WVPRISAA) will be graced by 1,500 delegates from all over Western Visayas to compete in various sporting events.
There will be more than 20 sports and cultural activities under the said event, including athletics, basketball, badminton, beach volleyball, billiard, chess, dance sports, football, karatedo, lawn tennis, swimming, table tennis, taekwondo, vocal solo, vocal duet, and the most anticipated Mutya sang WVPRISAA 2020.
The Capiz Private Schools’ Association (CAPRISA) will be the host for this year’s WVPRISAA with Rt. Rev. Msgr. Cyril B. Villareal, VG Rector of Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion and president of CAPRISA leading the welcoming of the delegates.
Participants from the Iloilo Private Schools’ Athletic Association (ILOPRISAA), Aklan Private Schools’ Athletic Association (Aklan PRISAA), and the Negros Occidental Private Schools’ Sports, Cultural and Educational Association (NOPSSCEA) will be flocking to Roxas City to compete and earn a spot for the national level.
Those who will win in the Regional WVPRISAA will represent Region VI for the PRISAA National Games and will try to defend the over-all championship title.
