A 21-year-old was arrested for allegedly poking a gun at a minor afternoon of Nov. 24 in Sara, Iloilo.
Francis Joey Arceo, 21, of Barangay Ardemil, Sara, was placed under citizen’s arrest after the incident.
According to reports, the suspect waylaid 17-year-old Ron-Ron (not his real name) and poked a 12-gauge homemade shotgun at him.
Arceo told the victim, “Nga-a wala ka ga pamugno, mig (Why are you not talking to me)?”
