Your Pagemaker’s Birthday Bash: A Night to Remember

As I celebrated another fabulous year, the saying “a friend is what the heart needs all the time” rang true at my unforgettable birthday celebration this year.

Hosted by society doyenne Putli Fuerte, the intimate dinner gathered my closest family and friends, both from near and far, for a night filled with laughter and joy.

Held at my favorite spot, Bavaria German Restaurant in historic Jaro, Iloilo City, the evening was made even more beautiful with fresh flowers and balloon décor, expertly arranged by my charming BFF, the statuesque stunner Helen Stummer.

The buffet table featured a wide array of delectable dishes, including succulent Spanish paella, German sausage pasta, BBQ ribs with green peppercorn and béarnaise sauces, chicken cordon bleu with horseradish cream, honey garlic-glazed chicken wings, chicken club salad, and, of course, an Oktoberfest-style roasted pig. To top it off, there were indulgent chocolate and cheese cookies for dessert. However, the true showstopper was the Olympic-themed cake, a thoughtful gift from my creatively talented sister, Grace Alivio.

The drinks flowed freely with German beers and fine wines, prompting guests to exclaim, “This is truly a dinner fit for royalty!”

I extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who celebrated with me and to all the well-wishers who took the time to make my evening so special. Mwah!
