I wonder why other countries are giving Ivermectin the go-signal even as an over-the-counter drug – no need for doctor’s prescription – but our FDA and DOH cling to their view Ivermectin is toxic and dangerous even in the face of many who had used it and recovered and did not die or suffer any adverse reaction. I and my household take Ivermectin as prophylaxis as do our employees.
But look at what the FDA and DOH almighty vaccine has reportedly done to thousands of those that had been vaccinated. Are the world’s press reporting frankly? We get a glimpse of the results from independent media, like several countries stopping the use of these vaccines. Our own mainstream media report only the FDA, DOH and WHO views as well as their allies. No balance.
The FDA and DOH are unreasonable, one can be led to think they are being paid by large vaccine producers or dangled with eye-popping benefits to oppose any other treatment that would make their vaccine unnecessary. If they are not financially benefitted, what is the reason for their stubborn opposition to Ivermectin? The reasons they had given have been discarded in advanced countries that have approved Ivermectin. Are our health officials better or more technically brilliant than in other countries like the US and Europe?
One congressman was right – they should demand that the FDA and DOH should disclose their relationships with these pharmaceuticals and persons and institutions with global agenda. After all these institutions had already exposed their world plan to “Reset” our civilization and humanity to fit their design. Time permitting I shall discuss this here.
Moreover, DOH Secretary Francisco Duque and FDA Director General Rolando Enrique Domingo are public officials and are not beyond investigation as to their links with companies under their regulatory powers and the Ombudsman for their personal incomes. Congress should release their Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Net Worth.
The third development that brought Ivermectin into the public arena is the letter of the leading businessmen in the country to the President arguing for the use of Ivermectin. This letter was revealed during the Zoom meeting but let me cite the report by the Philippine Daily Inquirer (March 31).
“A group of businessmen and representatives of different associations have appealed to the government to consider Ivermectin as a drug to prevent and treat COVID-19 infection.”
The group noted the “well-founded reasons” to believe that Ivermectin, repurposed as a human-grade drug to treat COVID-19, will be effective based on testimonials and studies.” They cited the CDC Philippines statement “that 22 percent of the world is already using Ivermectin to fight COVID-19.”
They appealed to President Rodrigo Duterte, Senate President Vicente Sotto III, and House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco “to give serious, urgent and immediate attention to Ivermectin as an inexpensive drug to prevent and treat COVID-19 during this public health crisis.”
Among the 17 signatories are Sergio Ortiz-Luis Jr., President of the Employers’ Confederation; Ambassador Benedicto Yujuico, President of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Jose Luis Yulo Jr., President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines Islands; and Dr. Benigno Agbayani Jr., President of the Concerned Doctors and Citizens (CDC) of the Philippines.
These are not ordinary guys; they decide only after serious study. They are the pillars of our economy employing millions of people that could be protected effectively by Ivermectin.
They asked Duterte to direct the Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health, and Department of Science and Technology to “proactively look into the credible testimonials and studies of medical research on the efficacy and safety of Ivermectin in preventing and treating COVID-19 cases,” and for the President to order these government agencies to “issue the appropriate permit or authority to persons… to manufacture, compound, import, distribute and sell Ivermectin.”
They stressed the need to consider Ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19 in view of public health emergency. “Our people are dying in big numbers on a daily basis and our hospitals can no longer accommodate those who are getting sick of the virus. The number of cases is growing bigger and bigger. Our people are desperate for a preventive and curative drug against COVID-19.”
