The new retrofit solution, created as part of a substantial order from a key player in the US data center equipment market, enables high-performance servers to operate at improved capacities without the need for alterations to current building infrastructure.

Technotrans’ latest innovation is a plug-and-play, slide-in cooling unit that integrates with existing setups, providing direct, liquid-based cooling to servers. This method is not only energy-efficient but also allows for the reuse of waste heat, either for server room air conditioning or central building climate control.
The shift toward liquid cooling stems from the limitations of air cooling, especially in dissipating the heat generated by cutting-edge processors. Liquid’s superior thermal conductivity ensures the maintenance of optimal processor performance, a critical factor in data center operations.
Flexibility is another key advantage of technotrans’ solution, as it can be scaled according to specific needs, with potential integration of several hundred units in a single facility.
