ROXAS CITY, Capiz — Eighteen individuals were honored by the city government during the Sinadya Festival 2024 for their contributions to Roxas City’s pride and legacy.

Mayor Ronnie Dadivas said the awardees were recognized for their achievements in public service and significant contributions to the community, which serve as inspiration to others.

Now in its third year, the Roxas City Order of the Golden Heart has celebrated individuals who have brought glory to the city in various fields.

Dadivas urged government agencies, private sectors, banks, and schools in the city to actively participate in the Sinadya Festival 2024.

On Dec. 4, Dadivas issued Executive Order No. 28, Series of 2024, encouraging collaboration for the festival, which runs from Dec. 4 to 9.

“The successful celebration of the Sinadya Festival 2024 will be realized when cooperation and participation among agencies take place,” the executive order stated.
