This brings the total active cases in the Iloilo province to 3,004 and COVID-19 mortalities to 250 from January 1 to July 19, 2021.

The Iloilo PHO continues to remind the public to observe the 3Ms – “Magmaskara, Manghinaw, kag Magdistansya” or the minimum public health standards to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Iloilo provincial government will also close its borders to non-residents until July 31, 2021 to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and the entry of the new Covid-19 variants.

Under Executive Order 263 issued by Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. on Monday, only authorized persons outside their residences (APORs); returning residents; Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs); and residents of Iloilo City and Guimaras province will be allowed to enter and travel within the province. (ERS)
