THE heavy rain did not stop well-wishers as multi awarded golf enthusiast and former mayor Alan Celino hosted a jamming birthday party at Seda Hotel Iloilo.
Joining our jolly Celebrant in entertaining family and close pals was his lovely wife Sarah Lupera-Celino.
Also on the scene were Alan’s golf buddies who all congratulated him after being appointed as this year’s Iloilo Golf and Country Club president.
Perking the mood was Iloilo’s famed singer Totong Villaruz and his band that upped the celebration with classic disco hits and romantic songs.
