Boxing World heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua placed himself in self-isolation after attending an event with Prince Charles who just found out he was COVID-19 positive.

Joshua said that he is currently in quarantine after meeting with Prince Charles in an event, who is showing mild COVID-19 symptoms right after declaring he was positive.

On June 20, Joshua will be defending his IBF, WBA, and WBO heavyweight belts against the hard-hitting Kubrat Pulev to be held in the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Although there is still no announcement toward their bout postponement, Joshua’s camp is on 24/7 regarding their preparations but will face delay due to Joshua’s self-isolation.

Joshua’s camp said that they are monitoring his condition adding the athlete is 100 percent stable and showing no symptoms.

They added that when everything will be settled and Joshua will be cleared to do his physical training, they will be back to prepare for his fight against Pulev.

The eldest son to Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles is currently isolated in Scotland and announced positive on March 25, 2020.
