Mylo Speech Buddy, an app designed to aid individuals with speech delays and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), has been selected for Echelon’s TOP100 Growth Program.
Held on May 15-16, 2024, at the Singapore Expo, this program offers regional exposure, funding opportunities, and exclusive mentorship to promising startups.
Echelon X, the event hosting over 7,000 stakeholders from 30 Asian countries, aims to bolster tech ecosystem resilience through collaboration and innovation. This year, the TOP100 Program has focused on startups with potential for exponential growth, featuring masterclasses and one-on-one coaching.

Mylo Speech Buddy, launched on April 2 in conjunction with World Autism Awareness Day, has shown its commitment to aiding children on the autism spectrum. The app supports the journey from zero words to the first spoken word, emphasizing a personalized approach tailored to individual needs.
The startup was founded in July 2023 by Vincent Rocha and Enrico Aquino to address the scarcity of speech therapists. Mylo collaborates with speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and medical professionals to provide comprehensive support.
Mylo Speech Buddy was among nine other Philippine startups at Echelon, showcasing their innovations and gaining access to over 800 investors on the e27 PRO Connect platform.
“The mentorship and exposure we have gained through the TOP100 Growth Program have been inspiring since our launch last month. The recognition by Echelon underscores the growing potential of Southeast Asian startups and the critical support provided by programs like TOP100.
In addition to its recent achievements, Mylo Speech Buddy has been a notable finalist on CNN Philippines’ “The Final Pitch,” a contender in the SLINGSHOT x Venture Pilipinas Pitch Competition, and the 1st runner-up at the PLDT and Smart Startup Innovation Challenge.
