The ever chic grand dame of lloilo, Norma Padilla Rosales recently celebrated her 90th milestone.
The party unfurled at the plush Royal Garden Ballroom which was specially glammed up by florist par excellence Robert Blancaflor .
Joining Madame Norma in welcoming well-wishers were her daughters Joji “Pane” Rosales and son Nikko R. Cid, Beverly “Pangging” Rosales Chaplin and daughter Dr. Breann R. Chaplin, Bobby Rosales and daughter Eanna and eldest daughter Jeanmaire “Baby” Rosales.
Our grand dame sat in her throne at the centerstage and enjoyed a serenade by the debonaire award winning tenor Christian Nagano.
