The first-ever ONE Visayas Creative Expo kicked off today, January 22, at SM City Iloilo’s activity center.
Over 90 exhibitors from Regions 6, 7 and 8, gather together showcasing their best products and cultural highlights, also featuring different booths providing information about various destinations in the three regions.
Attendees were also entertained with performances from three major festivals in the Visayas: the Ati-Atihan Festival of Kalibo, Aklan; the Sinulog Festival of Cebu; and the Dinagyang Festival of Iloilo.
Organized by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Western Visayas and the Regional Development Council VI, the expo will run until January 28.
The event aims to highlight the trade and industry, infrastructure, communication, tourism, and agriculture of the Visayan regions.
