The upcoming 2021 Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup is welcoming the debut of two teams in the Mindanao leg, Ozamis and Tawi-Tawi.

With six other teams already signed as Mindanao leg contenders, both Ozamis and Tawi-Tawi promised to put up competitive rosters to build a healthy race to the top in their division.

The Ozamis and Tawi-Tawi teams will be testing their grit against the stacked lineup of the Pagadian Explorers, Roxas Vanguards, Cagayan de Oro Rafters, Sindanang Saints, Zamboanga City Los Valientes, and the Basilan Peace Riders.

Ozamis is owned by Ramoncito Talisayon while the Tawi-Tawi squad is under the helm of Wesley Allen Sun who both assured Vismin Super Cup COO Rocky Chan of their participation.

As of now, VisMin Super Cup organizers have only released the initial schedule for the Visayas leg in April but the Mindanao leg is still uncertain.

Those who already confirmed their slots in the Visayas division are the MJAS Zenith Talisay, ARQ Builders Lapu-Lapu City, KCS Computer Solutions, Cebu City, Tubigon-Bohol, Suiquijor, Dumaguete, and Tabogon in the Visayas, while the Mindanao teams are Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Norte, Pagadian, Sindangan, and Cagayan De Oro.
