Terence Crawford, Errol Spence Jr., Shawn Porter, Danny Garcia. You can now cross all those names as Sen. Manny Pacquiao won’t be fighting any of them.

Instead, the only eight-division world champion will be fighting the ‘Notorious’ in what will be a highly-anticipated match.

Jayke Joson, the special assistant to Pacquiao, confirmed the news that the senator will be meeting Conor McGregor in the ring, adding that the fight will probably be staged in the Middle East.

Joson also added that most of the amount that Pacquiao will be earning in the blockbuster fight will be donated to the COVID-19 victims in the Philippines.

“For the sake of all the Filipino COVID-19 victims, Senator Manny Pacquiao will be fighting UFC superstar Conor McGregor next year. Our lawyers are finalising all the confidential details, but both fighters are getting ready for this one epic last boxing fight,” Joson shared.

The former two-division UFC world champion then tweeted, “Boxing Pacquiao next in the Middle East.”

Notably, McGregor previously faced Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a one-sided match that saw McGregor lose steam in the later round.
