The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) has opened its renovated headquarters in Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City on January 3, 2022. The public is hereby advised to send all communications, letters, inquiries and other concerns, via mail or courier to its new address: PDIC Building, 2228 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.
The PDIC announced that it will continue to maintain its extension office at the SSS Building on Ayala Avenue corner V.A. Rufino St., Makati City, where its Public Assistance Center (PAC) is located, as it assured the public of uninterrupted service despite the staggered move-in to its headquarters in Chino Roces Avenue.
The state deposit insurer advised that all personal transactions at its PAC in its Ayala extension office will continue to be on an appointment basis in view of safety protocols. Appointments may be requested by calling the PDIC Public Assistance Department during office hours at (02) 8841-4141. Clients located outside of Metro Manila may call the PDIC toll-free hotline during office hours at 1-800-1-888- PDIC or 1-800-1-888-7342. Requests for appointments may also be sent through e-mail at pad@pdic.gov.ph, or by private message to the PDIC’s official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/OfficialPDIC.
