PHINMA Education Expands Access to Quality Education with New PHINMA University of Iloilo Building

Building on 20 Years of Commitment to Student Success, PHINMA Education Now Offers More Opportunities for Students in Iloilo and Beyond

PHINMA Education is expanding its reach with the opening of a new educational facility in PHINMA University of Iloilo (PHINMA UI), designed to meet the growing demand for accessible, high-quality education. This expansion is a significant step in PHINMA Education’s mission to provide a transformative future for Filipino youth, not just in Iloilo, but across the nation.

“Since PHINMA Education acquired PHINMA University Iloilo in 2008, we have been committed to making lives better through education, particularly by serving underserved students,” said Martin Perez, Chief Operating Officer of PHINMA UI. “With the new Blanco Building, we are expanding our ability to serve even more students, providing them with modern learning spaces and the resources they need to build successful careers.”

The Blanco Building will accommodate the increasing number of students seeking quality, affordable education in Iloilo. Equipped with modern classrooms, specialized learning areas, and cutting-edge resources, it will create an environment where students can thrive academically, preparing them for success in a rapidly changing world. This expansion reinforces PHINMA Education’s ongoing commitment to providing continuous accessibility to education—ensuring that students receive the support they need not only from enrollment through graduation, but also as they transition to successful careers.

As Southeast Asia’s largest higher education network, PHINMA Education continues to offer diverse programs in criminology, allied health, business, education, information technology, and more. This new facility will support the region’s growth by developing a skilled workforce ready to succeed in a changing world.

Looking ahead, PHINMA University of Iloilo’s commitment to expansion continues with the upcoming Blanco Building 2 and Gomez Building, both set to open partially in 2025, followed by the Sto. Rosario Building in 2026. Celebrating two decades of service, PHINMA Education remains dedicated to making lives better through education while actively contributing to society by developing empowered individuals.
